A serious shuffle-tracking theory would need several things to happen at the same time:
- A player identifies a meaningful card clump in the previous shoe.
- That clump survives the shuffle with enough order intact.
- The player estimates where the clump now sits in the new shoe.
- The cut card and burn card do not move it beyond recognition.
- The player waits for the predicted zone.
- The zone creates a real baccarat betting edge, not just a story.

That is a long chain. Break one link and the claim collapses.
