His background includes hands-on work from dealer, cashier, surveillance officer, and slot attendant roles up to department manager and casino manager positions.
His experience spans three continents and seven countries, including work with casino management system software implementation for a large gaming company across seven locations. That practical background helps the site explain gambling from the player side, the operational side, and the control side.
