A trained dealer can launch the ball consistently enough to run a professional game. That does not mean the dealer can routinely select the final pocket. The ball crosses a moving track, decelerates, strikes obstacles, and interacts with a rotating wheel before settling.
Claims of “dealer signatures” require prospective evidence. A sector must be defined before the spins, enough trials must be recorded, excluded spins must be specified in advance, and the result must remain after accounting for the cost of covering multiple numbers. The ball is evidence during a dispute
When a dispute concerns late betting, an alleged no-spin, a jumped ball, or a wrong result call, the ball’s location and movement are part of the evidence. They are not the only evidence.

- the moment betting closed;
- the final pocket and marker placement;
